From 8th July 2020, the Immigration Authority of Canada rebounded to its all program draw. While this trend was continued until July 22 and July 23 to the specific program trend. The Canadian government will be starting soon the trend of the alternate draws between the two draws as the things slowly start to go back to normal.

The tiebreaker rule was used to select candidates with the same CRS score of 476. Even though this tiebreaker was but CRS still remains the main selection criteria in getting the Canadian PR.
Eligible applicants are awarded the CRS score also known as the Express Entry Points are based on certain factors to be eligible for ITA in the Express Entry Program.
A job offer is not required to be eligible for a PR visa but still it gives an added benefit and edge for the candidate.
